Black Milk, producer extrordinaire has come out the game with a true gem, Popular Demand. Picking up where J Dilla left, Milk has reintroduced the hip hop game to soul music, with his own style and flair. With some of the most infectious beats and flows, Black Milk has definitely earned one of the spots for the Best in Hip Hop for 2007...
